2007 marked another successful year for the Guthrie County Fair, its 149th. In its annual report, the fair association stated revenue of $88,788 and expenses of $77,949 for an operating profit of $10,839 for the Labor Day event. Combined with non-fair income, total revenue was $171,754 and expenses were $121,207 for a yearly profit of $50,547. Of that, donations and grants were responsible for $39,081. In 2006, the fair turned a profit of $7,439. Total revenue exceeded expenditures by $50,867. Donations in 2006 amounted to $42,386.
