According to the New York Sex Offender Registry, 51 year old Henry Vandelinder was released from jail last March. He served six months for sexual misconduct involving a 33 year old woman. Four months later he's back behind bars charged with rape and sexual abuse involving a child. According to Oswego County Bob Lighthall, "he had sexual contact with a child less than 11 years old." Oswego County Sheriff's deputies arrested Vandelinder at the Farmington Firemen's Field days in Ontario County, South of Rochester. The level 2 sex offender was working for the Ontario Amusement Company, a job that put him in direct contact with children. We met up with the owner of Ontario Amusements, Harold Morley in Farmington. We refused his request to talk off camera and off the record.
