The names are in. The Delaware State Fair has announced this year's concert line up at the Grandstand and it includes a very diverse group of performers. People will soon be lining up to buy concert tickets. This year's performers include big names like Brad Paisley and Katy Perry. David Cook and Kelly Clarkson, two American Idol winners, are on the list. Jeff Dunham, Darius Rucker, Demi Lovato and Demolition Derbies fill out the lineup.
