Fair leaders say "Get Happy" - KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Central Washington State Fair leaders want you to "Get Happy" and come to the fair in Yakima.

"Get Happy" is this year's fair theme; coming from a 70's TV show with a song line "Come on, Get happy."

"We don't have all of our entertainment and attractions in place yet," said president and general manager Greg Stewart.

"But I can tell you that we are going to have a number of new fun, family attractions at this year's fair," Stewart said.

The fair runs from September 24th through October 3rd.
