Harlequin Productions of Cayuga Community College is thrilled to announce that
they have received three Awards for the quality of work seen in this fall's
production of "Flipped and Twisted" an evening of two comic one-acts. The
Theatre Association of NY State adjudicator Frances Ruoff from Brooklyn, after
viewing the Halloween performance stated: "Harlequin Productions has given us
the perfect entertainment for this Halloween season. Zany farces with lots of
fun, sex, blood and bodies provide something for young and old to enjoy this
time of year." She also decided to honor Harlequin with the following awards:
Meritorious Achievement in Scenic Design to Virginia Fennessy; Meritorious
Achievement in Acting to Brie O'Connell and Zac Darling.
"Flipped and
Twisted" which consists of BOB JUAN (the mis-adventures of Don Juan's younger
brother) and JACK, THE TICKET RIPPER (about a man who goes on a murderous
rampage after being fired) continues performances this weekend at CCC in the
Bisgrove theatre. The Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening performances all
begin at 8PM. Tickets are $1 for students, $5 general admission
